BREAKING NEWS: 'Jobs for the Boys' becomes Government policy

Secret briefing papers to Steven Joyce show the govt's 100,000 promised new jobs will largely go to rich white men. Key has been boasting these 100 000 jobs as his commitment to employment, but when the majority of them are going to people like him it has the whiff of venal self interest gone septic.

I can see why the briefings were secret, jobs for the boys as actual state policy is about as alienating as Paul Henry on Australian Breakfast television.

Beyond the jokes however is an angry question, if the tax cuts have benefitted the rich and wealthy, if the asset sales will benefit the rich and wealthy and now employment policy is benefitting the rich and wealthy - what the bloody hell does this Government do for the remaining majority?

The answer seems to be farcical 10 point plans to no where.

Let me be the first .

" What the bloody Hell does this Government do for the remaining majority ? " Well Bomber , that's easy to answer . Jonky is making us , the majority rich too . He said he would . I believe him because he's a nice man with hair and a smile of sorts . He tells us that he knows best because he is the best so he tells us . Not at all financhully illiterate like he accused John Campbell of being last evening because Campbell was trying to get the truth out of the slippery little shit . Steven Joyce knows best too . You can tell that by the way his turkey-neck wobbles as he tells the truth . Isn't it odd the Benjamin Netanyahu's penis is covered in batter and comes on a stick ? Is that normal ? As if getting essential skin whacked off the end of it wasn't enough for the poor little thing .

Now ,for your reading pleasure :

“Those who fail to exhibit positive attitudes, no matter the external reality, are seen as maladjusted and in need of assistance. Their attitudes need correction. Once we adopt an upbeat vision of reality, positive things will happen. This belief encourages us to flee from reality when reality does not elicit positive feelings. These specialists in "happiness" have formulated something they call the "Law of Attraction." It argues that we attract those things in life, whether it is money, relationships or employment, which we focus on. Suddenly, abused and battered wives or children, the unemployed, the depressed and mentally ill, the illiterate, the lonely, those grieving for lost loved ones, those crushed by poverty, the terminally ill, those fighting with addictions, those suffering from trauma, those trapped in menial and poorly paid jobs, those whose homes are in foreclosure or who are filing for bankruptcy because they cannot pay their medical bills, are to blame for their negativity. The ideology justifies the cruelty of unfettered capitalism, shifting the blame from the power elite to those they oppress. And many of us have internalized this pernicious message, which in times of difficulty leads to personal despair, passivity and disillusionment.”

I guess the point is to slow the "brain drain" to Australia. Regardless of Government involvement in "job creation" (think about what that actually means for 2 seconds for an economy that somehow can't create them without the Government and you will see the problem), this is just more fake jobs to support a fake economy. Anybody want to wager on how this will end?

Bomber, the idea of tax cuts to middle and higher incomes, is to counter act our lousy dollar, and get people here who can do work and make NZ better. Tell me what you do not understand about making NZ better Bomber. Tell us about the real estate market in Auckland bomber because I think you explode soon.
Leave Tim Selwyn here to take over

@ Nitrium . Dead on the money , pardon the pun . New Zealand borrows to support a false economy while the Big , Fancy , Rich psychopathic people ( Aw bless ! Aye Rachel Smally TV3 ?) rape out the real economy right under our noses . An unfortunate reality to say the least . @ Paul Scott . Personally , I don't know what your talking about ? Seriously . You say Bomber needs to talk about real estate before he explodes ? Was that a metaphor ? For Bomber and for those standing close to him , I would hope so . Further more , it's clear that tax breaks for the 1%'ers works a treat because look ! We're now all rich ! Keep shopping ! Nothing to see here ! Buy a 4x4 SUV ( On HP of course ) . Great for driving over all them poor people after they've died of starvation and/or sicknesses . And while I'm no media hound , might I suggest some bright , brave , young jurno start sniffing around the histories and allegiances of our Producer Boards ? Meat Board . Wool Board . Apple and Pear ' Marketing ' Board . They're the Vampire Squids feeding of the faces of your children Bomber mentioned . If you want to become a name that will be etched into NZ history , I'd suggest you start there .Just be careful . Oh ! And I just want to say ; I'm a farmer . I'm a farmers son but seeing Little Billy English espousing his ignorance to a room full of dumb cockies who applauded his fascist drug testing for benies idea as shameful and deeply offensive . You farmers there... You fools ! No wonder urbane city people see you as mud plodding , shit kicker , hillbilly's but without the class .

When I was just a little boy , my mother asked me , pass me a peach ? Those peaches were huge , juicy , delights ! The skin slipped off as a tsunami of sweet juices ran down my clothes and made the upholstery of Dads old '51 Ford v8 sticky . The nectarines , oh my God ! Apricots that tasted like apricots . Not clammy ,clay-like things with a taste of plastic and cement dust . Remember the pears ? And the apples ? Granny Smith apples grown in the Central Otago sunshine . I clearly remember getting out of that old car in Millers Flat on a summers day when the grass was dry and crunchy underfoot and eat fruit until I nearly burst . The smell of wild heather scented the air .Then , sometime during the late '60's , The Apple and Pear marketing board forbid growers from selling Export Grade fruit at the iconic road-side stalls but Watties could can them and ship them to Australia . A bit like jonky-stien . He ships our people best to Australia . A polite human trafficker .

John Keys has to offer tax cuts to the risch. It was the only way he could say it was cost neutral. Think about. take the top 5% off the eqaution and the cost neutral becomes cost negative. That is the people are worse off.
His masters promised they would spend to stimulate the economy, but they are moruibound to store cash using every legal and illegal means available. Paying their fair share is alien to them and will not be tolerated.
The argument must switch from how much tax you pay to how much you take home every week. Offering people an extra $5000 per week when they take home the average wage every week is obscene. If these people cannot live within their means fhow can someone on $40000 per year live?
There are a heap of people who have been conned in the past with the trickle down economic theory and will admit it is a lie. They cling to the only thing they have left. Hope. But the global economy ponzi scheme, which needs to fail every decade and totally die every century will soon lead to the demise of our current civilisation, like the Romans, Greeks and others before. This readjustment will be catastrophic for the rich. Laws will fold. anarchy will reign. When the people revolt against the system John Key will not be able to stop them. He will pay the ulitmate price for his treason.
