The bashing of students on Symonds Street

I think Police leaders will look back on the brutality used against students today and question the effectiveness. We haven't had angry mass demonstrations in Auckland for over a decade and todays mishandling by Police and their over the top tactics are as you read this, sowing the seeds for the next protest.

The Police can be rest assured by todays actions that the next protest will be angrier and larger.

What the Police will quickly learn is that Symonds street, being smack bang in the middle of the University, has the added advantage of quick mass in favor of students.

The violence meted out to middle class kids today will start a spark that the Police will find very difficult to contain next time.

This will very much be a case of the Police reaping what they sow.

Bad Cop. No Donut.

Where are all the videos of this horrific brutality?

All the footage I've seen seems to have it magically edited out....
