Sarah Palin facebook hitlist targeted Gabrielle Giffords
Sarah Palin will be banging her head against her keyboard after naming Gabrielle Giffords as a target...
Sarah Palin posts political hit list on Facebook: taking a stand or suggesting violence?
Sarah Palin posts political hit list on Facebook
Sarah Palin is using Facebook and Twitter to call attention to her political hit list for the 2010 elections. Her tweets prompt followers to head to her Facebook page where there is a post titled, "Don’t Get Demoralized! Get Organized! Take Back the 20!" followed by a list of House members who voted in favor of 'Obamacare.'
Palin's list on Facebook includes 17 Democrats in Congress who her political action committee will work to defeat in the November elections:
Ann Kirkpatrick (Ariz.), Harry E. Mitchell (Ariz.), Gabrielle Giffords (Ariz.), John Salazar (Colo.), Betsy Markey (Colo.), Allen Boyd (Fla.), Suzanne M. Kosmas (Fla.), Baron P. Hill (Ind.), Earl Pomeroy (N.D.), Charlie Wilson (Ohio), John Boccieri (Ohio), Kathy Dahlkemper (Pa.), Christopher Carney (Pa.), John M. Spratt, Jr. (S.C.), Tom Perriello (Va.), Alan B. Mollohan (W.Va.), and Nick J. Rahall II (W.Va.).
On her Facebook page, Palin provides a map of the United States with a gun crosshair over each of the states of the Democrats that Palin is targeting on her list.
...the Tea Party will be praying he isn't a member.
Oh and while we are on it, what's up with American's and their weird love affair with guns?
Final word to the great Bill Hicks...
UPDATE: Whaleoil
Dear old Whaleoil has been on sniffing salts a little early in his latest dreary post (I had stopped reading his site since his despicable smear against Jim Anderton and have only read it for the first time today), to have Cam put words in my mouth to make his pointless point is one thing (Cam I chose my words carefully, I haven't said Palin intentionally put a hit on Giffords?!?), but having you pretend to tsk tsk me over smears when you were so instrumental in the smear against Anderton is ludicrous even for you.

Never mind that DailyKos also had her on a "hitlist", complete with bullseyes, because she was a Blue Dog Democrat. Or that there was a post on there in the last couple of days saying that Gifford was "dead to me" because she refused to support Nancy Pelosi as Speaker.
Given that the gunman is, as we now know, a left wing anarchist who burns American flags and lists the Communist Manifesto among his favourite reading material, I doubt very much that Sarah Palin had any bearing on his actions. He also shot and killed a Republican Judge, don't forget.
How many left wing anarchists read Mein Kampf?
Good link comparing what Palin said to Daily Kos.
I like where Palin tweeted “Don’t retreat, reload”, that she is even being considered to run as the President says more about our species than anything else.
Come on Bomber you know as well as I do what you were trying to do.
Desperately you were trying to link an appalling assassination attempt and brutal killing of, ironically , a republican judge to the Tea Party and to Sarah Palin.
By putting up a months old image and running the pinko smear lines you were putting the gun in her hand...yet you ignore the Daily Kos "she is dead to me" lines and the similar bullseye graphics.
You know and I know what you were trying to do, otherwise why did you post it? You could have just posted and commented on the story instead of trying to draw links to Sarah Palin...and before you think I have any truck for her you, i don't, I think she is as vacuous as Nikki Kaye or Jacinda Ardern.
I dare you to post these image from Daily Kos and from the Democrat strategy.

Camerons blogs are just a series of name calling and ramblings. They are never about real issues, which is why he cant see anything wrong with the level of political discourse in the US resorting to maps with gun sights on them.
I stopped reading them with any regularity after his slight against the student who dies drinking last year (a post which he then removed)...
Only last week the media was used to advocate the execution of Michael Vick for killing dogs. Last April Republican Congressman Paul Broun used the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing: "Fellow patriots, we have a lot of domestic enemies of the constitution, and they're right down the Mall, in the Congress of the United States – and right down Independence Avenue in the White House that belongs to us. It's not about my ability to hunt, which I love to do. It's not about the ability for me to protect my family and property against criminals, which we have the right to do. But it's all about us protecting ourselves from a tyrannical government." The year before, this same Broun singled out then-Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, as one such "domestic enemy of the constitution". He was re-elected last November with 67% of the vote. As a teacher of 20th century history here about 7 miles from Dachau in Germany, I know all about how self-serving demagogues like Palin will sacrifice people's lives for their own ends and use God and patriotism to justify it.
YAWN - No Cam, the only one jumping to conclusions is you, I wrote 2 lines they were:
Sarah Palin will be banging her head against her keyboard after naming Gabrielle Giffords as a target...
and
...the Tea Party will be praying he isn't a member.
If those two lines represent, how did you so charmingly put it...Desperately you were trying to link an appalling assassination attempt and brutal killing of, ironically , a republican judge to the Tea Party and to Sarah Palin.
By putting up a months old image and running the pinko smear lines you were putting the gun in her hand
YAWN - yeah, good on you champ, good to see you are so punch drunk these days you swing at anything.
That said I certainly think the Sherrif made a very good point when he highlighted the level of vitriol the Tea Party nutters had injected, but I suppose the Sherrif is a pinko as well huh Cam?
I guess all those leftwing writers and activists who called for GW Bush to be killed were all peace loving contributors to an environment of balanced political discourse.
Given the gunman also appreciated the Communist Manifesto and burned the American flag, the idea that he had any coherent politics is manufactured. It is bizarre to link Mein Kampf to those advocating less government.
Still, nothing like a multiple murder and attempted murder to give some an excuse to blame it on their political opponents for using exactly the same tactic as they do.
Oh and the sherrif is a political office in many US states. Make of that what you will, but the truth is nobody knows the motives behind this shooting. Whilst that is the case, the ongoing speculation and finger pointing is actually worsening the situation some on the left are saying is to blame - because there is no coherent circumstantial basis for the claims.
Bush started an illegal war, the criticism towards him is righteous, Obama attempted to expand health care to all - hardly a comparable comparison in reactions Liberty.
So the sherrif IS a pinko, I see, thank you for clearing that up.
I like the right wings sudden desperate defence of their hatespeak, Cactus Kate did it with her hate speech over paying unpeople not to breed, we see it with Sarah Palin back peddling her targeting of Giffords.
It's hilarious that the right are suddenly so wounded that anyone considers their hate speech as hateful.
