Like all right wingers, Cameron hates the word 'public' and even though the Super City now has massive power and muscle (which are yet to actually be flexed) fresh faced Cameron Brewer will not allow rates to rise to pay for free swimming pools and has a preference for drowned Aucklanders instead.
