No - I was cheering for the bull as well!
He should have been put out to pasture for the spirit he showed - not, as reported on TV, "put to death"!
I agree. A totally barbaric sport, abuse of animals to the limit, one smart bull, it's high time that depravity is banned! Civilised? Hardly.
I imagine it's the animalistic behaviour that leftists and bulls share which unites you both.
Hell no. Everytime I hear of a matador getting speared or some douchebag tourist getting hurt during a 'running of the bulls', it brightens my day.
A great sport - human against brute.
On this occasion the brute won and should have received his reward - a nice field in the countryside with a lovely breeding partner.
Unfortunately due to humans' lack of ability to give non-human entities respect, he was shot.
