What do drunk off duty Detectives and white vigilantes have in common?

Charge against officer dropped
A police officer who was facing an allegation of disorderly behaviour has had the charge against him dropped. The officer and a colleague were charged after an alleged incident between them, a woman and her son early on New Year's Day.

When NZ aren't letting white vigilantes who are mates with the judge off the hook in banjo twanging land, we are giving a couple of knowing winks to two off duty pissed detectives who harassed a woman and her child at night - if these pricks are so innocent, why not release the CCTV footage to prove that they are innocent?

Don't you love the QC finding no case to answer, just like yesterdays good ole boy Judge who let the white vigilantes off the hook yesterday from attacking youth in the street, well placed white vigilantes and off duty pissed detectives seem to get the same level of blanket protection.

So let's have a look at the allegations, these two pissed off duty detectives approach a Mother and her 11 year old son in a parked car and demand her name and address after telling the Mother they were cops by pressing their badges against her windscreen.

The Mother refused to give her details to the two drunk off duty detectives and she told one of the drunk off duty detectives that their fly was undone. The drunk off duty detective then pulled his penis out to show the mother and the 11 year old son, this caused the two of them to flee the car and ran across to a petrol station and ironically called the Police. Uniformed cops turned up and tried to 'reason' with the drunk off duty detectives, the pair refuse to go with the Uniformed Police Officers and so the senior sergeant from Papakura is called, they refused to follow him, so both drunk off duty cops are actually arrested and the entire event is caught on CCTV.

Now, to have the QC turn around and drop the charges claiming 'there's no case to answer' is as appalling as the good ole boy Judge from Martinborough who let's paranoid hicks go nuts in town, can anyone imagine if these guys had been Maori and had picked up guns to go patrolling the city center? The AOS would've been sent out to shoot everyone of them dead!

The Mother should immediately appeal this decision and demand the CCTV footage get released to the public so they can see these two off duty pissed detectives and make up our own minds how there are two rules, one for us and another for drunk off duty Detectives. If I drunkenly demanded details from a mother and child leading me to expose myself to the two of them, do you think the Police who first turn up would ask me pretty, pretty please to go home? Like Fuck they would, the first cops on the scene would have beaten me shitless and tasered me, I sure as hell would not be given the second chance to leave by waiting around for a senior sergeant from Papakura now would I?

Now, when Whaleoil breaches suppression orders, Cameron is politically protected by the Government's decision not to prosecute him for being in contempt of Court, however what would happen if the two names of these drunk off duty Detectives were announced on this website? Would Tumeke get the same sort of protection Whaleoil has been given for his services to the National
Party? I think we all know the answer to that, the bias towards the cops extends into the virtual world as well as the real one.

I've already need these guys, why I have been prosecuted is beyond me, I have tried and tried and tried to get more prosecutions.

I'll name them again if it helps

@REALITY check the poor form shown by these two upstanding members of the constabulary should not serve to fuel your opinion that the entire force are scum. They will be there if you need them so I suggest you bend over and breathe through your nose. Those tow palookas should have been made to answer for this disgusting carry on for sure and that said I do agree with TUMEKE'S position on this point.

I'm amazed at your lack of basic comprehension Bomber. One Detective exposed himself, that Detective is still facing charges. It appears the Police went over the top in also charging the other Detective and thus a Q.C who is hardly going to be biased towards Police found there was no case to answer.

FYI ball less anon I would never call the police if I didn't have to. They don't 'help' anyone but themselves I have been illegally searched twice after being pulled over for nothing and I could go on forever with other examples.

Don't cry that their all good guys due to their position they deserve all the shit they get. They need less power and more accountability.

I come from a family of high ranking pigs and I know first hand 99.99% of them are ass holes who abuse their power to the fullest extent - so go fug yourself.

Somehow I just don't believe you.

I love this comment though:

So you would take matters into your own hands eh R.C.?

That makes you a vigilante does it not R.C.?

Orrrrr you could call the fire department, The fire department will be there in 8 minutes, the Police could take anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour. I would prefer 4 firefighters with axes on my door in 8 minutes than a taser trigger happy Police Officer who won't ask questions before they fire.

It makes sense to call the fire department over the Police if you need an urgent response. To assume that makes you a vigilante is something gosman would say surely?

So if you have been burgled, or assaulted, you will ring the fire department?

Why?

Won't they just tell you to ring the police?

Why waste the Fire Dept time when you need the police?

If your emergency is not a fire, then it makes no sense at all.
The Fire Dept will just be pissed off and direct you to the Police.

Really bizarre response bomber.
