A group of people - with a firearm - can roam the streets looking for trouble. Find - or really create - that trouble, and attack teenagers with batons and then use the firearm and that's all OK and not worthy of a conviction because... ?Apart from the fact they are white businessmen I mean - apart from that very important fact that is considered a mitigating factor all by itself [the Emery mitigation], apart from that, they get off because... once they have kicked off Fight Club Martinborough they have a right to "restore calm".
