Police find it difficult to recruit woman - I wonder why
Police spread net wide for more women recruits
More women are being urged to join the police in a recruitment drive aimed at pushing up the number of female officers. Women represent about 17 per cent of the constabulary, but the aim is to get next year's Police College intake to 30 per cent.
So the Police are finding it hard to recruit woman? I wonder why?
How about we get Louis Nicholas to front a campaign to get female recruits for the Police shall we?

I couldn't agree more - but are you talking about the police recruiting a woman or women in general? I think you may need to edit your title...
I must check my local police station to see if they have that poster. If they do I will write in a complaint to Judith Collins, who likes to talk about 'her boys'. Maybe she wants them all to herself.
The way this government is going, the police will go back to their cavemen tactics and their bad attitude towards women, if they ever had improved in the last decade.
What can anyone expect when women are not seen as equal to men in such matters as pay equity.
news flash loser above: in the police women get the same pay as males in the same rank.
