National and ACT make NZ land of the wrong white crowd?

Turn out was low, only 78% of the country voted compared with 80% in the last election.

Hahaha... Good one. :)

There were probably quite a few National voters who saw that it was a foregone conclusion and didn't bother to vote, just as there were Labour voters who stayed away for the same reason. Hence I really don't think you can blame a 2% drop in turnout for the ousting of 'The Left'.

As for National and ACT. Pfft. Socialists-in-suits. There is little prospect of them doing anything as meritorious as free market reforms. Sleep soundly.
