Maori-National deal: hui are go.

And in the inbox:It's all go. The Waiariki electorate have got everything sorted out and the others would be expected to have finalised their arrangements too. Despite the details of the deal being kept secret and the media being uninvited to the consultation hui we can expect it to be leaked tomorrow, perhaps by midday, and certainly by the end of the evening.

Radio NZ and TVNZ reporting a hui in Otahuhu was attended by Pita Sharples and the result was overwhelming support for the agreement - details of which are still nebulous.]
