inflation - National same/Labour same

Kiwisaver/Superfund - National ?/Labour same

Emotional-Instinctual rubric:

lifestyle - National conservative/Labour liberal

national identity - National mono-cultural/Labour multi-cultural

trust - National doubt/Labour earned

leadership - National untested/Labour tested

Very crude, basic stuff, this exercise; but this is how it lies at the moment I think.
