PM: activists 'trained to use napalm':
She dismissed allegations by the Maori Party that the Government was conspiring with police to target Maori sovereignty activists, saying such a move would be illegal. [...] "I find it absolutely extraordinary that the Maori Party on the one hand is demanding police prosecute Trevor Mallard for assault and on the other is claiming people, who at the very least have illicitly used firearms, constructed molotov cocktails and trained themselves in how to use napalm, should not be charged," Clark said. "How does any of that make sense?"
Cullen, Michael: Business Statement
Hon Dr MICHAEL CULLEN (Leader of the House) : Next week the House will go into a 1-week adjournment. When the House resumes on Tuesday, 6 November, priority will be given to [...] the Terrorism Suppression Amendment Bill.
Hide, Rodney: Terrorism Suppression Amendment Bill — Second Reading:
We have the situation where the Prime Minister, on his or her own bat, can declare someone or some group to be terrorists. The assets of that person or group are frozen, and that is it.
Office of the Minister of Police (Chair Cabinet Policy Committee) POLICE ACT REVIEW:
The specific proposals in Paper 5 seek to: [...] enable police to identify lawfully detained people in places other than at an actual/deemed "police station", and for identity information to be obtained from suspected offenders in certain pre-arrest situations. Better enable the lawful use of assumed identities in covert policing activities...
Hon Annette King 11/09/2007:
The Government plans to set up an Organised Crime Agency (OCA) within New Zealand Police [...] Attorney-General Dr Michael Cullen, who has ministerial responsibility for the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), said the SFO will be disestablished and its important functions will be carried out by the new OCA. Justice Minister Mark Burton said the new organisation was designed to provide police with improved tools to target organised crime.

PM "constructed molotov cocktails and trained themselves in how to use napalm arrr is this comment for real?
does it kinder sounds quite technical.
1)THE CONSTRUCT: mix petrol and dish washing liquid in a glass bottle and stuff in a pre-soaked (petrol and dish washing liquid mix) rag.
2)THE TRAINING: HOW TO USED A NAPALM BOMB, lite the pre-soaked rag and throw it....
feeeuuuu it was tricky alright yet we pushed through it. I better tell my koro he better stop using molotov cocktails, he might get done next.
Nice but lame strategy of attempting to lesson the effect of possessing weapons and items that no LAW ABIDING citizen would normally have in their possession.
Have you ever hear of inferring someones intention from the acts and statement they make. In the absence of mind reading machines this is what the criminal justice system uses to convict people if you didn't already know.
So the question is what intention can we infer from a group of people who are running around in the bush, dressed in camo, in possession of weapons and explosive devices, who intimidate locals into joining their group and scaring random hunters and who send each other inflamatory texts about a race war-
That they were our last and best hope in the battle against gorse?

Anon you need to chill a tad sunshine, it not that we are saying anything about procession, it the dumb ass statement from the PM about the construct and training, shit that hardcase... shit how do you train with a molotov cocktail, does it work on distance?

Well G thanks for that its a weight off me mind, I will file it under "dumbshit I read on a blog site" happy

Still assumptions I'd say 4 cleared and the rest still pending, yet not in your book right anon, nooooo there all guilty before proven innocent lol, I alway wanted to know this how do you live with your ignorant self, sounds frustrating.
Good to see that you still haven't adressed the main issue here yet again.
Inferences are assumptions based on evidence moron or can't you understand that. And it appears that the evidence they have is rather strong since the police are keeping several of the accused in remand and they have been watching this group for over a year.
Why don't you think about it and post again when you actually know what you're talking about. You seem to assuming on the basis of total ignorance.

You must be high Anon because the "ONLY ISSUE I Raised was the PM's Comment" so what other issues was there?

WHAT is this evidence Anon, is it the same hardcore evidence thats cleared 4 accused already? thats right 1 year of watching them, 2 weeks in custody & 4 not charge under the terrorist act, so whose the moron there hmmmm.
Why don't you think about it and post again when you actually know what you're talking about. You seem to assuming on the basis of total ignorance.
Don't know what I am talking about, dude you see that flag there next to my name, thats my journey, But unlike you anony I like to see what happens to the rest before I lay out and judgment on them, as for thinking about it, how can one as ignorant as yourself, that ignored that fact that 4 accused will not be charged under the terrorist act, tell anyone else to think about it, hmmmm. look theirs hope for you Anon, start here; grab a bottle of Jim beam and porno and release your tension boy. then come back with something decent.
Fuck most guys I know went through a teenage phase of napalm, molotov cocktails (the entire ingredients for both of which could be found very easily, in raw form, in almost any household) as well as sparkler bombs (which are potentially HUGELY more destructive and so easy to make its not funny). I'm not condoning what they have been accused of (although the allegations are very dubious) but to think that shit is unusual is pretty fuckin naive.
I remember going fishing acetylene powder pop lid coffee tin with a hole, it would work just like tnt, stun the fish and you just scoop them off the water.
but the PM's comment was kinda funny, "training with molotov cocktails" lol
Micheal G
Nice little tight group they are forming there isn't it?
Total power and accountable to no one.
Is this how democracy ends in NZ?
Is there any precedent for justice and police in the same person?
plus Cullen's not a lawyer and is A-G
Precedent? Not in a democracy that I can find, perhaps south america somewhere or maybe africa.
hhhhmmmm $8 million operation
300 police kicking in doors, settting up roadblocks etc.
17 arrestts of which 4 have been released with no "terror" charges laid.
............ now imagine if they had tried to do the same to the gangs .............. it would be like this.
BILLIONs of dollars spent on surveilence ( by the time we look at associates your tailing 10's of thousands.
3000+ police officers required for kicking in doors and setting up road blocks etc.
1700 ( or is that 17000 ) suspects refused bail ...............
The fact is the govt does not have the resources to take on the gangs like they have taken on the guerrillazzti's.
................. and the police dont like dealing with gang members
"dude you see that flag there next to my name, thats my journey"
So what are you going to do about the 3 million of us who stand in your way.

I can tell by the tone that you release some tension, so now its about 3 million of you in my way? LOL funny that when I enter the court system, where are you all hiding? 3 million is a lot of people yet I only see a hand full; was this a pitiful attempt to stir shit?
If the gang problem was that easy it would of been done ages ago.
Now that a lot of gang members realise its about making money not petty shit like the mongrel mob and the black power get up too.
With money comes the corruption;
sad for you but true, some gang members now learn business ethics, we must move with the times or fade away.

Wait what? You claim this as some kinda victory that only 4 of the 17 won't face further terrorist charges in relation to the serious charges they are already facing?
Mana have you ever thought that Bomber might be right and that reserving judgement might be a prudent course before you open your wide mouth and spew yet more shit?

Victory for me Anon lol sorry I fail to see "how thats my victory" but do you care to give a reason why? those 4 were not charges under the terrorist act? yet you consider procession of firearms serious lol, shit what a narrow world you live in Anon; whats procession of cannabis in your neck of the woods? "Deadly?" lol
Mana have you ever thought that Bomber might be right and that reserving judgement might be a prudent course before you open your wide mouth and spew yet more shit?
Anon have you heard the in this country under your law its said their "INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY" or has that changed, so I reserve my judgment, so again that will make the only one with the wide spewing shit is YOU.
Last thing Anon how would you training with a Molotov cocktail? lol; would you roll it?
"funny that when I enter the court system"
We the ones who decide what and how much you get.
And if you try to get too uppity well lets say its simply going to be a repeat of the foreshore and seabed legislation.
We've done it once and we'll do it again.

Now that must of been hard to admit anon "The Foreshore and Seabed" the act that don't mean shit to most Maori anyway, we just blatantly ignore it, as the rest of your govt entity laws, but next time hang an ANONY sign around your neck when your in the court room, so i know which clown to spit at on my way out, lol

ANON Wow you really are just that Dumb.
were all to assume like you anon that the 17 accused; had a actual Napalm lab and was constructing technical Napalm, using dish washing liquid creates the the same effect; "Napalm is a jellied gasoline" nothing more; so can we can see a bunch of Tuhoe Maori's mixing (46 parts)polystyrene, (33 parts)gasoline and (21parts) benzene to make real Napalm; (OH NO I must be a terrorist I know how to make real Napalm) their you go anon, 101 Napalm Maori style.
(sorry always wanted to say that)

Wow harsh words.
better stop running your mouth or you'll be hanging with your boys from Tuhoe. They tried to ignore our laws and look where it got them.
" so i know which clown to spit at on my way out"
Would that be on the way to the holding cells bro?
I don't think that Maori ignoring the whiteman's laws is really working out for your race bro, considering that they consist of over half the prison population while only accounting for 10% of the population. Still it gives our white trash working class something to do - policing and locking you up. I love the symatry.
Anon your simply not good enough to make me to play you're little toss toss game, ignore your bullshit law is it, is easy, yet you proving that you have the right to govern over us well thats another story.
As for locking me up, dude I don't even have a criminal record, you live a fantasy land boy; look, head back to the wee room with you porno and re-leave the tension..
still wish this was like a forum, so the modulator could close the thread before more children join in. Please don't tell you a Kiwi?
I think you'll make most Kiwis spew..
By the way, what is it with you and spitting. Is it a Maori customary right or something like a taonga?
If you want to avoid getting flamed then stop talking shit boy. Simple as that really.
SNOT i wont want it it back.... its all yours
It's a good thing that Hated's giving you a reach around. You'll need some protection from his crim mates when you're inside. Look what happened to Lockett.
Whats wrong Anon; you run out of you're third party info, that the best you have left is to try the personal approach; I thought you pricks were educated and all?

Oh Anon you little attention seeker, how do you keep track of all the stories you write up, look as I said before, your not that good enough to drag me into a personal bitch-fest; so if you got any else about the topic, spit it out; if not; I'd suggest you grab that bottle of Jim beam and porno and release some tension; now their something you should be good at. Otherwise I am not interest on wasting another moment on you.
Hope you've got that flag flying over your home bro cos its the only place where you're going to be able to fly it.
Dreams are free bro.

Well you would know about dreams being free Anon, you have enough of them; I need to correct you again, we are not bro's, I don't think I would be bro's with you if your the last person on earth. As to that flag, it Flys in Waitangi and in Auckland, it was and will alway be our flag, I do have a NZ flag on a door mat that outside my house, if only I could get them on a toilet roll, I would give some justice.
