Republikans and Catholic Priests

One of the things I just don’t get is that Amerika won’t listen to anyone, I mean how many times do you need to be told by other countries that you are about to be attacked on September 11? And how many times did Republikans need to be told that Foley was a bit dodgy when it came to young boys?

WASHINGTON (AP) -- A Republican member of Congress confronted then-Rep. Mark Foley about his Internet communications with teenagers as early as 2000, according to a newspaper report.

The report in the Washington Post pushes back by at least five years the date when a member of Congress acknowledges learning of the Florida Republican's questionable behavior toward pages.

It came as the Republican leadership attempted to present a united front on the congressional page scandal that has rocked the GOP a month before midterm elections and put House Speaker Dennis Hastert on shaky ground.

Though Rep. Adam Putnam, R-Florida, insisted Sunday that "the dirty laundry in our conference is gone," that claim appeared to be premature.

The Washington Post reported Sunday night that Rep. Jim Kolbe, R-Arizona, confronted Foley about his Internet communications with teenagers as early as 2000.

The Post said that a former page showed Kolbe some Internet messages from Foley that had made the page uncomfortable. Kolbe's press secretary, Korenna Cline, told the Post that a Kolbe staff member advised the page last week to discuss the matter with the clerk of the House.

Hastert and his aides have been criticized for failing to act promptly after receiving warnings about Foley's questionable electronic communications with pages.

Hastert since has insisted he was not aware of the communications until recently. But on the day after Foley resigned, New York Rep. Tom Reynolds said he had told Hastert months ago about concerns that Foley had sent inappropriate messages. Reynolds now says he cannot remember exactly when he learned of Foley's e-mails or when he told Hastert about them.

The laboured point you are making anon stems from the spelling Dr Paul Buchanon (whom I interviewed on this site earlier) used as his protest against the direction the Republikan party have adopted. Dr Paul Buchanon is the Senior lecturer in Political Studies and also a Director of the Working Group on Alternative Security Perspectives. I will tell him how surely juvenille and borng his spelling is.

nice stuff anon, good to point out how bomber says we're all "simple working folk"
as hes said SO many times...wait had he?

did it ever occur to you that its people like you with these kind of pointless and irelevant statements that are the reasons we have so little empathy for when they get things fucked up?

america as shown in this post and in REALITY eg september 11, war in afghanistan/iraq, global warming, North Korea (yes they HAVE weapons of mass destruction so why don't america fucking "disarm" them and remove the "threat"!) is THE prime example at this time.

Hmmm - ZZZZZ do you want another go at that comeback, cause it was a little weak for me and just came out as a bit bitter because I rubbed your face in the source of the spelling. You can taked it down, have a think and try again if you want?

Rubbed someone’s face ...... why so aggressive. It takes nothing to get you angry does it. Maybe time to sign up for anger management.

Taked what down ?? My grammar and spelling aren’t to great, mostly people are kind enough not to put me down over it though, but yours is supposed to be just like you – perfect.

So where did your other 'clever' spellings come from. Really who cares its silly.

Even really funny and clever jokes (the only humour I have seen from you is the unintentional kind, as for clever, I must have missed that) get old when used to often.

Now bamboo count to ten before you (over)re-act. Violence is not the answer .....

Have you rubbed someone’s face in it in real life or is that just (brave) blog talk.

Do you think rubbing my face into something would make you feel good booomboom or are you just talk in that like everything else. If you were to rub my face into it would I have the right to rub yours in it back or would that make me a yokel red-neck.

Many crims have some sort of ‘excuse’ for their violence, were you sexually abused by your father by any chance, if not where has all the anger and violence come from.

Are you one of those ‘men’ who thinks verbal abuse, sarcasm, bullying, puts downs, threats, shouting, obscenities ….. etc….. are not violence. Is your girlfriend one of those sad ‘women’ who accepts it as long as you don’t hit her to hard. Seriously boomi please don’t breed ever, or at least until you have sorted a few things out, the cycle of anger and abuse has to be broken.

Now don’t go barmy bambi think about it.

..... there was me thinking the ‘clever’ spelling thing was an original boomerism, how could I have possibly thought that baa baa could be original.. Mind you why you would copy something so silly is still a mystery to me but I am sure there is some really deep meaningful reason.

Bet you are one of those buggers who steals other peoples jokes.

Hahaha, bomber you really touched a nerve with this one, he was so angry he posted it twice! Hahaha, and your the one with the 'anger problems', who would have thought that someone who posts anonymously would have felt so threatened? Leave the poor love alone Bomber, anonymous seems to get a bit too worked up.
