Sickening, hypocritical fucking bitch and a "proud Kiwi"

cc. Meredith Connell, Crown prosecutors re: seditious intention evidence.

The sickening, hypocritical fucking bitch and "proud Kiwi" to whom I refer:

From Kim Hill's TV One interview with PM yesterday on why Maori property must be confiscated:

"my ancestors came here in 1861... as a proud Kiwi... allowing Maori freehold is an anathema..."

Her ancestors came here as part of an ethnic clensing campaign. She seems to be proud of that too to the extent of carrying it on. She thinks that being a "proud Kiwi" is inherently linked to confiscating Maori property and denying Maori justice. But of course she's not divisive - oh, no only Don Brash is - she's for Kiwi not iwi.

She legislated to protect Pakeha freehold over the foreshore and seabed, but Maori having freehold is "an anathema." Even one single square millimetre is an anathema. Her law says that if a Pakeha touches that foreshore or seabed then the Maori who own it lose all rights to it - but only if they do not accept the authority of those Maori - ie. anti-Maori, perhaps even racist, Pakeha. So nice Pakeha can't extinguish Maori property rights - only nasty ones can: thanks for making that clear. So if a Pakeha comes into the bay and says "I think this bay should belong to anyone except the Maori owners!" and touches it - then, arguably in court, it does! The only method specifically excluded is navigating through it. That is why I call that clause (section 32) the "white man's touch." That's her law, that she pushed through, and she's proud of it. It honours the endeavours of her forebears. Hoorah!

She's selling off 7% of the South Island through the freeholding of Crown leases - to Pakeha - while simultaneously confiscating Maori property and turning it into Crown title so it can be leased to Pakeha... and then after they have had it a while or at least for as long as the SI pastoral leases then they will have that converted into freehold - probably under a Labour government too. Funny how the only thing National and Labour can agree on is taking Maori property for the government and turning government property into privately held Pakeha property. Funny that. Fucking hilarious. Very amusing.

At least Brash isn't trying to convince the public that he is anything other than what he is.

When the parliament passes the white man's touch law then it's all on. It undermines the legitimacy and validity of the entire Crown system of governance. It makes the radical Maori separatist talk about two chambers and vetos seem not only relevant but necessary. There is no need to be nice anymore, or respectful, or anything other than militant towards the individual MPs who passed that law. Why show them any respect? Why invite them on to the marae? or into the house? or to attend a meeting? Why? Dialogue? If they are proud of the white man's touch law then what the fuck is there to talk about? How many times do you have to be raped and told to keep quiet or else it will get worse before you do something?

Can confiscation (without compensation) occur in peacetime? I'm going to celebrate the first anniversary of Confiscation Day, Friday, 18 November. Because we should all be as proud as our dear leader is about the great achievement of that day. Let's celebrate the white man's touch. Let it be a glorious day of proud national celebration for all Kiwis.

God save the Queen!

What's all this bloody "fisking" stuff I read all the time?

At any rate you are going to nag me into doing it aren't you? Oh well, lucky I've got my crappy clothes on because this is going to be dusty and quite possibly a trip down pornography lane.

The search for the Franks papers and the proof of his racism begin!

Found my Form 7 report into the deregulation of the banking sector (1991). At that time I was so free-market I insisted on arguing it was merely "re-regulation" included an interview with Rob Muldoon via talkback. Dry suff about the wage/price freeze and concludes: "Muldoon went on to blame the Federation of Labour for inflation, and justify 'Think Big'." and earlier stated in the overview that "Sir Robert's long and repetitive discussion and answers to my question meant I did not have enough time to probe him in-depth." Interest rates were at 15% in '91 - you tell that to these young kids these days and they won't believe you! Hurumph, hurumph... in my day...

Sorry, don't have it. Found a Business Rountable booklet by Richard A Epstein abot the Treaty - it would have been there with that if I had it. It'll probably turn up on Trademe.

I can't find anything other than short press statements by Franks on the Act site.. Maybe something will turn up.

But I did find some interesting things like public law texts and autobiographies and a disturbing amount of Roger Douglas books.

PQ: Stick pictures of Heather Roy over all candidate head-shots on all hoardings so all everyone will see is her. There is only one person who could do it.
