Exclusively so, PQ. I note the early leader featured in the above image, one Mr Darby, supposedly the founder, is wearing a tie. So maybe he isn't firmly related to the NZ branch's anti-neck ties policy. Or maybe bow-ties are exempt? That's the thing with cults, it always comes down to a pedantic, anal, bloody uniform policy.
