UN 99.9% sure Israel is lying

UN rejects claim on school
THE UN has disputed claims that Hamas militants fired mortars from the Gaza school that has suffered the deadliest attack of the war with Israel.
Three shells hit Fakhura, a girls elementary school in the Jabalya refugee camp in northern Gaza, at about 3pm on Tuesday (12am yesterday), according to UN Relief and Works Agency spokesman Christopher Gunness. At least 43 people were killed and 55 wounded in the school, where hundreds of Palestinians had sought refuge from the fighting, pushing the Palestinian death toll above 680 since the conflict began on December 27. Two people were killed when an artillery shell hit a UN school in the southern city of Khan Younis. Three people also died in an air strike on another UN school in Gaza City's Shati refugee camp in the centre of the strip.
John Ging, the top UN refugee official in Gaza, said UN staff and Palestinian families in the school compound had been screened for weapons, and he disputed Israel's claim that mortars were fired from inside. "As far as we are concerned, that is not true, but if Israel has evidence of that they need to provide it to an independent inquiry," Mr Ging said. He added: "There's nowhere safe in Gaza. Everyone here is terrorised and traumatised." Speaking after an initial investigation last night, Mr Gunness denied militants were at the school: "We are 99.9 per cent sure that there were no militants or militant activities in the school and the school compound."
Right so Israel bombs 3 UN schools and the UN are 99.9% sure that there were no mortars fired from inside the compound meaning that Israel is lying about their justification that left 30 dead. How dirty does this massacre have to get and to suggest that creating a 3 hour cease fire so Palestinians can bury their dead is ‘Humanatarian’ borders now on the Orwellian. The outright bias towards Israel by most mainstream media is eye opening.

Thank god we have an obvious and explicit war crime to hang our hats on!
If those 30 people had died in "random" locations, the world could have been convinced to ignore it. Like anything that has happened in africa. Like most of what happened in Iraq. (yes, most of what happened nobody knows about)
A UN run school? Now that is something those bastards are not going to be able to deny easily.
It is unforgivable that these people had to die at all, but at least their deaths may mean a something, or at least more than the hundreds of others that have died.
good mental exercise: see what impact these 30 have versus the many times more that have/will die in "random" incidences.
And the bonus is that Obama is either going to show himself to be who he has been polishing himself to be, or just a highly polished knob, on this issue.
I say he is just a polished knob who happens to be black and thus us being hailed as a revolutionary. I think the reality is that he will be proteting US-only interests in a style not unsimilar to every other US pres we have seen.
Of course we have had 9 years of bush inflicted on us, so we will still think he is awesome. But it will only be the contrast between him and THE WORST US PRESIDENT IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD.
If hundreds of people were hiding at the school, and Hamas's own figures of it's strength are correct and not outrageous lies like everything else they put forward, then the likely hood of there being at least two hamas militants there, the minimum number to operate a mortar, is pretty high.
"In the autumn of 2005 we had almost 100 UN international staff here. We have reduced to something around ten to 15," - John Ging
Don't see how they could maintain any level of security with that amount of people.
Funnily enough the drop in UN staff was brought on by numerous kidnappings and an attempt on John Ging's life.
I think you forgot to sign in brewer.
Is Hated by most calling on Israel to nuke the palestinians?
By his grammer it sounds like he's been hitting the pipe haaaard again.
Well, now several Israeli officials have been forced to admit to the UN that there was in fact no firing from the UN area at all, but in the vicinity. Hmm, quite a different take on the initial reports which claimed it was coming from the UN school.
I guess Israel has to lie. If you're committing a war crime, you wouldn't be helping people build up a case against you, now would you? Just for those pro-Israel anonymous nobodies, to keep in mind.
-Anti-Flag.
Well well: Israeli forces found Imad and Hassan Abu Askhar, who served as heads of the Hamas mortar units in Gaza at the school. They were dead of course, beside the mortar they fired.
Perhaps you had better go back to stealing National election campagine signs for your next sporting protest anti flag.
